How I Juggle Multiple Clients on Different Packages (Without Losing My Mind)

Running Homesick across multiple client packages can look chaotic. It isn’t. I keep it simple, focused, and fast. Here’s the playbook.

The Reality of Package Juggling

First off, here’s how we frame the plans:

  • Basic: Our entry level for small businesses wanting simple digital marketing support.

  • Advanced: For growing brands needing multi-channel marketing and faster turnarounds.

  • Pro AF: High-touch outsourcing for established brands demanding speed, depth, and strategy.

I time-block the day into hourly blocks. Each block is dedicated to a specific client or task type so I stay focused and avoid context switching. By package: Basic rides a 72-hour queue with a weekly Zoom; Advanced gets mid-week deep work; Pro AF owns the morning strategy sprints.

The One-Task-at-a-Time Rule

I work one task at a time. No context switching.

I batch similar work into blocks to stay focused and ship faster.

I also run Pomodoro cycles: 25 minutes of deep focus, 5 minutes off. I stack four cycles for creative sprints, then take a longer break. It keeps me sharp when I’m bouncing between design and strategy.

Each client gets full attention, clean handoffs, and fewer revisions.

A Day in My Life (The Organised Chaos)

Let me walk you through a typical Wednesday:

5AM: Workout (cycling, running, or gym) – quick productivity booster.

8:00: Coffee + priority review in Motion Calendar.
8:30–9:30: Pro AF strategy block (hourly slot).
10:30–11:30: Basic quick wins (logo tweaks, posts).
13:30–15:30: Advanced deep work (two-hour block).
16:00–18:00: Buffer for urgents and revisions.

I build the day from hourly blocks so each session has one clear owner and outcome. Inside those blocks, I use Pomodoro (25 on, 5 off) to push hard, reset, and keep creative energy high without burning out. The structure is firm, the rhythm is flexible.

Time-blocking by package keeps me sharp and on schedule.

For managing my workflow, I rely on Motion Calendar for scheduling, Slack for communication, and Marblism for managing client work. It’s a calm system for a busy roster, and it means you get consistent output without hand-holding. If you’re ready to streamline your design and marketing, I’m thrilled to plug in and keep your roadmap moving.
